If you have forgotten your password or would like to reset it, go to the login page of the HSBC ORSO Employer portal and click Forgot password?.
Enter the email attached to your account and then press Continue.
After pressing Continue, you will receive an email at the provided email address containing a code.
Enter the code into the spaces provided to verify your email address.
After verifying your email, enter your new password. You need to re-type the same password to verify you have correctly entered your chosen password. Then click Reset password
