You can access Forms from the left navigation menu.
On the Forms page, you will find a collection of available forms listed. Each form's name is shown in the leftmost column, accompanied by its corresponding date.
To acquire a copy of the form for external use, you can click Download to do so. This button can be found on the far right column of every form in the displayed listing.
